Shipping & Handling

Membership customers, kindly take note:

NEW or REACTIVATED memberships: Please allow 4 - 6 weeks to receive your initial member packet. See "RUSH HANDLING" if you require faster service.

  • RUSH HANDLING is available on U.S. address membership orders only
    for an additional $7.50. Rush orders are processed & delivered in 7 business days. Rush Handling DOES NOT assume shipping via overnight or 2-day carrier. Please call to arrange for overnight courier service and charges.
  • To order Rush Handling select the "rush" option available on the "Purchase or Renew Membership" page.
  • For mixed orders (ie - membership with books or other merchandise) only one rush surcharge need be applied to an entire order. If a merchandise item is not available or in stock at the time you place a rush order we will ship everything we have on hand at that time unless otherwise instructed.

If you are simply RENEWING your current Royal Oak membership, please allow 2 weeks to receive updated member cards.

PLEASE NOTE: We will charge an additional $15 for all NEW, REACTIVATED or RENEWED memberships that require shipping OUTSIDE of the U.S. This surcharge does NOT show up in the web shopping cart. It will be added when your order is processed by our office.

 

Lecture registrants, kindly take note:

  • No tickets will be issued - your cancelled check or credit card statemtent is your receipt.
  • Reservations are non-refundable except under circumstances to be determined by The Royal Oak Foundation (ie. cancellation of an event that is not re-scheduled.)

 

Merchandise customers, kindly take note:

  • Delivery in 3 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping of merchandise is limited to the U.S.
  • Price of merchandise items includes shipping by a variety of carriers.
  • To insure proper delivery, please provide a STREET ADDRESS wherever possible.
  • Rush handling is not available on merchandise orders.
