Architectural historian Matt Postal will lead us on a walk through the neighborhood’s distinguished historic district\, highlighting Art Deco and Moderne works\, including luxury apartment houses and stylish commercial buildings. Some are characterized by white metals\, casement windows\, and striking geometric details. Our route includes stops at 740 Park Avenue\, commissioned by James T.
