Discover lesser-known islands, magnificent Moroccan cities, and storied Spanish and Portuguese ports on a new cultural cruise from the Canary Islands to Lisbon. In the Canaries, visit UNESCO-listed historic towns and lush gardens. Spend a day on Portuguese-accented Madeira, then cruise east to Morocco to explore Marrakech, Casablanca, and Rabat. Continue to Gibraltar to ascend its legendary rock. In Spain, step ashore in Cádiz for an excursion to Seville. Pause in Sagres and Lagos, Portugal, before concluding in Lisbon, where an optional postlude is offered. Explore the Inverewe Gardens, a subtropical oasis, and call at Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands to discover a series of remarkable Stone Age sites. From Inverness, tour Cawdor Castle before sailing to Aberdeen to admire nearby Crathes Castle. Sail Around Ireland Aboard Sea Cloud II

Ireland is a delight of verdant gardens, medieval ruins, wild countryside, lively cities, and a strong heritage of music and culture. As Sea Cloud II makes her way around the island’s rugged green coastline on a one-week cruise, stop for visits to dynamic art and history museums, private homes, charming towns, and literary landmarks. Explore sites dating from the 13th-century Sligo Abbey all the way up to Belfast’s vivid murals addressing the Troubles of the 20th century. The life and influence of W.B. Yeats and the Irish Literary Revival will also be discussed. An optional Dublin prelude is offered.
