1. Prize winner seats are subject to availability and capacity control at the time of booking. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight and Virgin Atlantic can not guarantee availability.
2. Tickets must be used by yourself and a companion travelling together in both directions.
3. Tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be bartered, sold or substituted. No cash alternative is available.
4. You must redeem your tickets and travel before the voucher expiry date set out below. If the tickets are not redeemed, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation provided. You may not amend these dates.
5. The Prize Winner and their companion will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage, which can be found here https://www.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/help-centre/conditions-of-carriage.html
6. The Prize Winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport to and from the departure and arrival airports and also between airports (if applicable) and any additional charges (including without limitation) the cost of hotels, meals, drinks, excess baggage, car parking charges, excursions and attractions.
