Join Royal Oak as we welcome René Olivieri, the new Chair of the National Trust of England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Mr. Olivieri will talk to Royal Oak members about how the National Trust survived and adapted when closed during COVID, and share his reflections since joining the Trust earlier this year.

He will also discuss how the Trust can best serve the shared needs of past, present and future. He explains, “From grand architecture to garden vistas, so many of the treasures in the Trust’s care were created or commissioned by those who would never personally enjoy their fruition. This long term vision…is one that we can continue to draw inspiration from, as we look to how the Trust can respond to future challenges.”
