The Royal Oak Foundation is Moving

The Royal Oak Foundation is moving into a new office in the General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen on W. 44 Street this Friday, March 27While our phone numbers and email addresses will not change, as of Friday our mailing address is:

To accommodate the move, our office will be closed on Friday, March 27 and will not reopen until Tuesday, March 31. During this time our website will remain active, but staff will be operating at limited capacity.

If you are trying to purchase a membership during this time: You can use our website to purchase a membership just as you ordinarily would. That means your membership card and other membership materials will not be mailed until our offices reopen on March 31, regardless of the shipping option you select.

If you’re traveling during this time and have a question for Royal Oak staff, please leave a voicemail on our Membership Services Associate’s phone: 212.480.2889, ext. 205. Any inquiries will be handled ASAP the week of March 30.

If you are trying to purchase a Program Ticket: Use our website to purchase tickets as you ordinarily would.

Starting Thursday morning, ticketing for events being held between March 27 and March 30 will not be processed online. To purchase a ticket to an event being held during this time, please either complete your online purchase before this Thursday or pay at the door.
