Royal Oak would like to especially thank Robert Steiner for adopting this lecture in honor of Dr. Taube Greenspan. Greenspan was the original Royal Oak Programs Director, and began in 1987. Current Programs Director Jennie McCahey says: “Every Program Director since has marveled at what Greenspan could accomplish with just a persuasive letter. Her academic zeal was evident, and her drive to get lecturers to new Royal Oak audiences was legendary — even sending author and historian Dr. Adrian Tinniswood to Lincoln, Nebraska in snowy January.”
